014 My web shop based on BizzyBeeShop platform does not send email messages to me or my buyers

BizzyBeeShop šalje nekoliko vrsta mail poruka, kako trgovcu, tako kupcima, ali i drugim osobama.

BizzyBeeShop tipically sends several types of mail messages, to the merchant, and also to buyers and other people.

 

U ime Trgovca prema Kupcu:

(From: webshop.email@trgovac.com, To: vjeran.kupac@gmail.com)

  • Web shop šalje "sliku narudžbe" na kraju Checkout procesa
  • Web shop šalje novi generirani password registriranom kupcu, na zahtjev "Zaboravio sam password"
  • Web shop šalje prijavu/odjavu s Newslettera
  • Green Panel šalje novi password registriranom kupcu, kada password mijenja trgovac

Problem SPAM poruka u svijetu postoji već jako dugo. Zbog problema sa SPAM-om, svjetski  IT sustavi implementirali su razna rješenja.

The problem of SPAM messages exists in the world for very long time. Due to the SPAM problem, the systems around the world have implemented various solutions.

Vjerojatno ste bili i sami "žrtva" mail poruka koje ste na vašu email adresu - dobili s vaše e-mail adrese. To je čisti SPAM.

You, yourself have probably already been the “victim” of the messages that you received on your email address – from your email address. It’s pure SPAM.

Isto tako, sigurno ste vidjeli da postoje poruke poslane s vaše domene nekim drugim korisnicima. Ukoliko znate da takav mail niste poslali vi, niti itko od vaših kolega s vaše domene, onda možete biti sigurni da se isto radi o SPAM poruci.

Also, you have certainly seen the messages sent from your email domain to some other users. If you know you haven’t been sending such mail, neither you, nor your coworkers from your domain, then you can be sure it’s also the matter of SPAM.

 

Jedan od načina obrane protiv SPAM poruka, koji koriste mnogi MAIL serveri, jest tzv. SPF zapis u DNS serveru vaše domene.

One of the ways dealing with SPAM messages, many EMAIL systems use, is so-called SPF record in the DNS system of your domain.

DNS server je sustav koji mora postojati kako bi cijeli Internet uopće radio. Vi možda znate gdje je vaš DNS sustav, a možda vam je DNS sustav jednostavno otvoren kada ste zakupljivali domenu na nekom Hosting sustavu.

DNS system is the system that must exist, so that the entire Internet would work at all. Maybe you know where your DNS system is hosted. Maybe your DNS system is simply created when you opened your domain at some Hosting system.

 

SPF zapis je tipično zapis koji određuje koji server može slati email poruke u ime vaše domene. Noviji MAIL serveri će provjeravati taj zapis i postoji velika mogućnost da se takav SPAM mail neće dostaviti na cilj, primatelju.

SPF record is typically the record that defines which server can send email messages in the name of your domain. Newer EMAIL servers will check that record, and there is very big chance that this SPAM mail will not be delivered to its destination, to receiver.

BizzyBeeShop, u nekim scenarijima (s početka ovog članka) apsolutno mora slati e-mail poruke u ime trgovca. Da bi to radio, slati će poruke sa BizzyBeeShop izlaznog servera mail.moja-trgovina.net, a praveći se da šalje s mail adrese trgovca (u ime trgovca), s adrese npr. webshop@trgovac.com.

BizzyBeeShop, in some scenarios (from the beginning of this article) absolutely needs to send email messages in the name of Merchant. To do so, it will send messages using the BizzyBeeShop outgoing server mail.moja-trgovina.net, thus pretending to send from the email from the Merchant email address (in the name of Merchant), from the address such as webshop@merchant.com.

Vaš MAIL server može biti konfiguriran tako da to neće dozvoliti.

Your mail system can be configured in a way it will not allow that.

 

MAIL server može odbiti takvu poruku. Ovo je primjer poruke koju administrator može vidjeti (primjer s GMAIL sustava):

Rješenje se može tražiti u modificiranju SPF zapisa u DNS serveru vaše domene. Za ovaj zadatak ćete vjerojatno morati pitati svog administratora ili podršku vašeg partnera koji vrši hosting za vaš MAIL / DNS.

The solution can be found in the modification of the SPF record in the DNS server of your domain. To accomplish this task, you’ll probably need to ask your administrator or the support center of your partner that is hosting your MAIL / DNS.

Gornji primjeri SPF zapisa mogu se promijeniti da se samo doda tekst a:mail.moja-trgovina.net. Evo ponovno tih primjera sa ugrađenim izmjenama:

Slanje putem mail servera trgovca

BizzyBeeShop dozvoljava da se ovo riješi na drugi način. BizzyBeeShop može koristiti vaš SMTP (mail) sustav za slanje mailova. Tipični scenariji su kada koristite Office365 za vašu tvrtku.

BizzyBeeShop allows this to be solved another way. BizzyBeeShop can use your SMTP (mail) system for sending emails. Typical scenarios are when you’re using Office365 for your company.

Relaying

Jedan od načina da se ovo postigne, jest da se u Email serveru vaše domene dozvoli Relaying mailova od strane servera koji hosta vašu web trgovinu, te servera koji hosta Green Panel.

One way to achieve this is to configure your Email server that allows Relaying of emails from the server that’s hosting your web shop, as well as the server hosting the Green Panel.

Za točne IP adrese morate se obratiti BizzyBeeShop podrški i zatražiti ih.

To use the correct IP addresses, you will need to contact BizzyBeeShop support, and request those.

 

S druge strane, funkcionalnost Relayinga ćete morati zatražiti od administratora vašeg EMAIL servera. Vjerojatnost da će vam to dozvoliti na nekom shared Hosting sustavu je vrlo mala, ikreno govoreći iz iskustva.

On the other hand, the functionality of Relaying you will have to ask from the administrator of your EMAIL server. The probability that the administrator will allow this, especially on a shared Hosting system is very small. Speaking from experience.

SMTP autentikacija

SMTP authentification

Alternativa i ispravniji način jest taj da vaš MAIL server dozvoli SMTP autentikaciju. Tipično se to radi na Secure IP portu 587, treba mail server Hostname, te username i password za autentikaciju.

The alternative, and more correct way of doing this, is that your MAIL server allows SMTP authentication. Typically it is done at the Secure IP port 587, the mail server Hostname is needed, and also the username and password for authentication.

Ovakvi sustavi tipično koriste TLS 1.2 sustav enkripcije komunikacije.

These systems typically use TLS 1.2 communication encryption system.

Sve ove tehničke podatke morate opet zamoliti vašeg administratora sustava, te ga zamoliti  da otvori accounte i dozvoli autentikaciju.

You will have to ask your administrator for all of these technical information, and ask him to create the account, and allow the authentication.

Izmjena SPF zapisa u 99,9% slučajeva rješava problem.

Modification of the SPF record solves the problem in 99.9% cases.

Ali... ako ste u mogućnosti izvesti slanje putem vašem SMTP servera, onda započnite komunikaciju sa administratorom MAIL sustava vaše domene.

But… if you are in possibility to configure sending emails through your SMTP server, you should start the communication with your domain Mail server administrator.
